Group Managing Director and Chairman 

Marc as founder of the Group qualified as a CA in South Africa, and after years in the private sector at JSE listed companies in industries as diverse as industrial waste management and hospitality, where he championed the optimisation of supply chains at some of the countries largest food and beverage providers, Marc invested in Finvision Holdings, leading to the establishment of South Africa’s largest indirect tax specialists – an investment which ultimately became the cornerstone of the Group. Marc leads a global team of over 40 professionals, is passionate about transparency, client service, South Africa and using innovative and efficient solutions to optimize business outcomes and to improve people’s quality of life in a sustainable manner.

Leo
Kruger
Chief Operating Officer

Leo qualified as a chartered accountant before practicing in a managerial capacity at a big four audit firm in the Netherlands and Johannesburg, focusing on IFRS and Sarbanes-Oxley implementations and audits of multinational companies in various industries. He has over 15 years of experience as an auditor and forensic consultant, and in process optimisation across a broad range of industries, but with primary focus on property and property management. Leo led the Ernst&Young Real Estate consulting division in the Western Cape. He and his core team left EY and utilised the technology provided by the group to create several revenue optimisation and real estate assurance and optimisation solutions under Ikamva Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd, a company that he co-founded and which focuses on consulting, due diligence and investigation services for the larger private and listed real estate funds in South Africa. Leo heads up finance for the group of companies and overseas all financial controls and international banking controls and operations.

Harriet
Beamish
General Counsel

General Counsel of the Group, completed her articles in Cape Town, South Africa before working in house at Merrill Lynch, London. Upon returning to South Africa she initially worked in Ernst & Young’s  environmental sustainability and corporate governance team before settling at Bowman Gilfillan for several years where she worked in the firm’s technology, media and telecommunications practice group and the construction law practice group – servicing the country’s largest telecommunications providers and advising clients in respect of the engineering, procurement, design and operation of renewable energy facilities under the Department of Energy’s IPP Procurement Program. Harriet accepted a position as Senior Legal Counsel for Gemalto South Africa, eventually relocating in the position to the group’s head offices in the Netherlands to service the group’s African and Nordic clients, before accepting her current position as General Counsel. Harriet is based in the Netherlands in the Group’s Amsterdam offices.

Zinhle
Dladla
Executive Director

Zinhle holds an LLB degree from the University of South Africa (Unisa), a Diploma in Marketing and Information Systems. She has obtained various certificates in Corporate Governance and Compliance, Risk Management and Development Strategy with reputable South African institutions. She is currently studying towards her CIS. Zinhle has extensive administrative experience that extends over 15 years. She has worked for various corporates and multinational companies, as well as state owned entity. Her area of expertise is Corporate Governance, Compliance and Risk Management in private and public sector.

Kyle
Augustine
Director

Kyle Augustine is a Director at Ikamva Advisory Services. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science honours degree in finance in 2005. During his honours year he developed a strong interest in the Real Estate Industry and began to focus his career towards the Real Estate Sector. His honours research thesis titled, “A Statistical Analysis of South African Property Market Risk and Return Characteristics as Categorised by Property Type and Geographical Location”, was awarded a first-class pass. He subsequently completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting at the same institute. While at university, Kyle earned his way onto the Dean’s Merit List and Golden Key Society. Kyle is also a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2012.
